Spa Marketing Coordinator will act as a strategic business partner to our spa operations and management teams. This person will create regional brand and promotional initiatives to drive new and repeat clients, grow local brand awareness and love, and support locations in their effort to exceed business objectives. This role will provide resources, best practices, guidance and direction to local spa partisans to develop, execute, and drive local/regional marketing plans that result in premium client experience and driving efficient growth. 

  • Partner with spa GMs and extended marketing team to diagnose business opportunities and provide support for existing and new spa markets.   
  • Assist in planning and execution of spa marketing programs and oversees every aspect of marketing programs, including themes, messages, content, collateral, landing pages, and event logistics from concept through execution and follow up.
  • Support all marketing initiatives for new location launches. 
  • Develop and implement consistent approach for product marketing of services and treatments that reinforce brand position.  
  • Incorporate enhanced approach to website, local marketing, and spa location collateral. 
  • Develop and implement evergreen and seasonal playbooks for spa location staff that provides high level of brand continuity with room for tweaks to incorporate local relevance.
  • Assist location General Managers with community mapping and development of local activation strategy.
  • Provide training and education support to implement marketing initiatives across employees at our spas.
  • Develop faucet of in-location spa content for digital and social use (organic, paid).
  • Analyze key performance indicators to determine positive sales impact of initiatives and share best practices across spas and marketing organization.
  • Manages creative workflow and process for local spa retail marketing / collateral / promotional signage requests and analyzes results/impact of creative executions. Shares best practices with larger team.
  • Provide support for planning and execution of regional events, sponsorships, and partnerships to support growth objectives.
  • Manages local digital presence including Google for Business, Yelp, Facebook Location Pages, local directories, key “Best Of” publications, etc.
  • Builds effective working relationships with local spa location staff and partners and translates needs into actions that impact the business.
  • Implement and foster consistent communication (e.g., phone, email, face-to-face, etc.) with spa location staff to discuss specific marketing needs, to encourage engagement in marketing their business, and to maintain compliance with brand standards.
