Part Time Recruiter & Human Resources Assistant
 
milk + honey is looking for a talented Recruiter & Human Resources Assistant to support the Human Resources Department.
 
This position will report to the HR Director and will work 25 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9am - 2pm.  
 
The essential duties and responsibilities for the Recruiter & HR Assistant position include, but are not limited to:
 
Recruitment/Onboarding Coordination:
  • Manage the background and reference check process for all new hires
  • Manage new hire paperwork and checklist for all new hires
  • Assist Recruiter with scheduling interviews and new hire onboardings
 
HR/Benefits/Payroll Coordination:
  • Assist Benefits/Payroll Rep with employee benefit and payroll inquiries via email
  • Backup for Payroll/Benefits Rep for inputting payroll for Inc employees and processing for all other locations
  • Manage exit checklist for all departing employees
  • Notify new hires when benefit eligible
  • Notify employees when trade license is set to expire
  • Upload employee documents to online HRIS
  • Manage Gold’s Gym enrollments/terminations
  • Manage Downtown parking additions/terminations
  • Assist with TimeClock missed entries
 
Qualifications:
-1-2 years of experience working in a Human Resources Department
-Adaptable and flexible
-Experience working in an ever changing fast paced environment
-Detail oriented and extremely organized
